1. Business idea of the Week: LinkedIn Content Agency
LinkedIn has over 830 million users and over 58 million registered companies.
If used correctly, LinkedIn is a very powerful tool to recruit employees and reach customers.
LinkedIn members as of December 2021:
But most companies suck at LinkedIn.
Inconsistent posting, weak content, and low engagement.
The Idea: Create a content agency for businesses on LinkedIn. Post engaging content on a businesses LinkedIn’s to drive traffic to their business.
Create content that drives specific business objectives like leads to your website, or candidates for open roles.
You can offer different packages with a specific amount of posts per week and/or types of content like pictures, videos, graphics, or writing.
How to get started: Since you will be a LinkedIn agency, it is important to learn as much as you can about LinkedIn. You can start by creating a LinkedIn page for your agency, and posting consistently to prove your service works.
Once you have some experience and content on LinkedIn, you can begin reaching out to businesses via LinkedIn mail to pitch your service. There’s over 58 million businesses registered on LinkedIn, so you have plenty of businesses to go after.
You’ll have to come up with your own pricing model, but here’s an example:
$300/week = 5 posts per week. 3 written, 1 video, and 1 graphic.
This breaks down to $1,200 per month for a business, which is a lot cheaper than hiring a full time employee. This service will also pay for itself many time over if you convert just one new customer or employee.
With 10 clients, you' can get this agency to $12,000/month or $144,000/year.
Things I like about this business:
Large total addressable market, with a clear value proposition 💸
Scale the business with Virtual Assistants! 📈
This service provides companies with a clear ROI ✅

2. Ask This One Question Before Hiring Anyone.
In a recent podcast, Brad Lea said he asks this one question before hiring anyone.
“Do you think you’re luck?”
And unlike many interview questions, there is a wrong answer here.
You only want to work with people that consider themselves lucky. Because in reality, we’re all lucky. Lucky to even be born.
And if someone considers themselves un-lucky, they’re putting out negative energy you don’t want to associate with.
I’m only working with lucky people.
3. Business Giants with $0 Advertising Budgets
Most businesses rely on large advertising budgets to reach their customers and sell their product/service. But not these guys…
Here’s 6 big brands that spend $0 on advertising:
1) Trader Joe’s
2) Costco
3) Spanx
4) Lululemon
5) GoPro
6) Sriracha
Crazy, right??
Billions in sales, and they don’t even advertise.
So what do all of these companies have in common?
They provide a quality product or service that people talk about.
