As the world has gone more online, people crave in person connections. This app solves that.

And I think you could replicate it relatively easy in your town or city.

Once you get your first few customers, they’ll tell others and grow this through word of mouth.

2. A notification SaaS service

This is a cool story.

A new company started selling nicotine pouches, but kept running out of inventory.

So this guy built a simple app that sent him a notification whenever they added more inventory, and made $15K by selling it to others.

And I think this could be done for other websites:

Anything that can help someone make money, save money, or buy something they want.

If you’ve read the last two newsletters, you know I love a good directory website.

And this one is in a super valuable niche (because lawyers will pay a lot of $$ for leads).

Use a tool like Ahrefs or Semrush to find niche keywords in this niche.

Create the directory to specifically target those keywords.

Once you start getting some traffic, sell the leads to lawyers, or charge them a fee to be listed as a featured provider.
