1. Home Repair Video Consult Service
Shoutout to the Half Baked newsletter for this idea.
The need for home repairs will always grow. Because everyone with a home is a customer.
No one has cracked the code for remote home repair advice.
Home repair YouTube videos are great, but you can’t ask specific questions about your home.
And then there’s AI. But can you really trust it?
That’s where this service comes into play. Remote home repair advice from experts.
Charge $50-100 for a 30min Facetime call. Make Youtube how-to videos as a top of funnel, or partner with home repair Youtube channels for distribution.
I think this could be a really big business if executed well.
2. A Replit App Agency
AI coding tools like Cursor & Replit are making it easier, quicker, and cheaper to build legitimate apps.
Which means there’s a ripe opportunity right now to launch businesses with them.
One of the most obvious being an app development agency.
If you can build these apps in a few hours, and sell them to companies for a few thousand dollars, I can’t think of a much better gig.
Everything you need to learn about these tools is on YouTube. No excuses.
Don’t miss this opportunity, because I don’t see it lasting long.
3. Free OpenAI Operator Alternative
I found this open-source (and better) version of OpenAI’s Operator, so you can save $200/m.
There’s 100’s of 6 to 7 figure business waiting to be built with this thing.
Like messaging every $500 treadmill seller on Craiglist, and offering them $75 for it.
Daunting tasks become automated with a free employee.
Don’t sleep on this.
