Use create.xyz to automatically code tools → past the code on your website → wait for the SEO to kick in.

For example:

Any tool that one of your target customers would want to use.

Or, offer to build the tools as a service to other businesses, and turn it into an agency.

2. Dating App for Real Estate Pro’s and W2’s

If you qualify as a “real estate professional” there’s a ton of tax benefits.

Or, if you’re married to someone who qualifies as one, you both enjoy the tax benefits.

This is sorta a joke, but maybe it could work??

I’m not sure if most golfers would actually pay for this, but I like the idea of niche video service.

They key is to serve an audience that has money, and would benefit from a video.
