But you know what’s not easy to launch?

A physical newsletter. Aka, a magazine or newspaper.

I think there are a ton of newsletters that would love to send out a special edition of a physical newsletter to their top readers.

But they’re in the newsletter business. Not the physical print business.

So that’s the service you can offer.

Print, design, and mailing.

Start out by pitching the top 100 newsletters on this service. Once you get your first customer, figure out how to fulfill it.
