This Youtube channel makes simple videos walking around popular places, and made $159K in profit last year.

Think “POV walk around New York” types of videos.

Here’s an example of a walking tour around Italy, with 4.6M views.

Super simple to make. Just grab a camera, walk around a popular city, and edit the long shots together with music.

But rather than paying $100’s of thousands for this channel, you should start one yourself.

I love business like these because the downside is 0, with unlimited upside.

The downside = wasted time spent filming the videos.

The upside = a business that can do $100K+ of profit in ~3 years.

Don’t re-invent the wheel. Just find something that works and copy it.

2. Sketchup Plugins Business

Once again, here’s another banger from Cody.

Sketchup is a 3D design software with millions of users.

Go find all the sketch up plugins that already have demand (aka, search volume), and make them with AI.

Build them into a SaaS holding co, or offer a Sketchup service as a higher ticket offer.

It’s not a matter of ‘if’ this idea will work. It’s a matter of who will build it.

As one of my favorite saying’s goes, building this business is simple, not easy.

But nothing that’s worth building is supposed to be easy.
