1. Local Trades Newsletter
I love local newsletters.
I run one with 5,000 subs and its growing quickly. (And it’s one of my favorite things I work on).
I like this idea becuase it niche’s down even farther than just “local”.
Find a local Facebook group about a trade (woodworking, contracting, pools, etc.) → join it and get to know the most active members → launch a newsletter.
Launch a service (like AI automation) on top of the newsletter.
2. Restaurant Websites
At first, this seemed like a stupid idea to me…
But after a little reasearch, you’ll realize that there’s tons of restaurants in your local area with no website or updated menu online.
Create the website for them → publish their menu → and then reach out and offer to give it to them for a fixed fee or monthly management fee.
This would be a fun side hustle to start up with under $100.
3. This AI tool makes you go viral
I’ve been playing around with Poppy AI… and it’s sick.
It’s like a virtual white board you can map videos to an AI chatbox, and train the AI based of of your own content, or someone elses.
If you write video scripts, I highly recommend checking it out.
