1. Testing MVPs on Real users
Someone on Reddit asked entrepreneurs what they would pay >$100/month for, and I like this answer.
Building an MVP is getting easier, but getting real users to try it is getting harder.
I think there’s a ton of big businesses that would pay to have 10-100 users try out their new MVP for initial feedback.
Charge them $1000’s for the service → find users on LinkedIn and offer $10-20 to try the product → record them using it for feedback → provide all of the data in a concise report.
This could be a big business.
2. Online Directories
Online directories are awesome.
They consolidate products/services/ideas, so user’s don’t need to compile all of the info themselves.
Plus, directories can be MASSIVE businesses.
Yelp, Crunchbase, Trustpilot and more, are all directories at their core, and they’re worth millions (or billions).
And the best part is that anyone can build one.
Choose a niche → find the data → add it to a directory → find a way to generate traffic.
I highly recommend watching this video if you’re interested in building one.
Or reach out to me and help me with the one i’m building right now. 😉
3. Christmas Porch Decorations
Here’s a crafty side hustle that anyone could start.
Make Christmas porch decorations like this one → post on local Facebook groups → sell for $100-300 per house → profit.
Will this be a big business? Nope.
But it’s a straightforward business idea you could start this week.
Bonus: Links I like.
How this person launched a product in a saturated market and still made $50K in the first month.
How to change someone’s mind.
