1. Outsourced Local Service
This one comes from yours truly…
It’s a tried and true business model that I believe anyone can start.
Find a high margin local service. Figure out how to get leads. Use subcontractors to do the work.
And you’ve got yourself a pretty sweet biz.
Almost zero overhead and great margins.
However, the biggest pain in the a** will be quality assurance.
Your client didn’t like the work your contractor did? That’s on you.
Your contractor went MIA and didn’t show up to the job? That’s on you.
It’s not all butterflies and rainbows, but I still love this business model.

2. Unlimited Designs for Cricut Users
This week Cody Schneider went on Greg Isendbergs podcast, and dropped some heat.
Multiple business ideas that could get your to $10K/m+ relatively quickly.
But my favorite idea is his unlimited designs subscription for Cricut users.
A Cricut is a machine made for at home crafter’s that allows them to make custom clothing, accessories and much more. (think Etsy type products)
And Cricut users are super passionate about it, spending billions of dollars per year on materials, designs, and anything else needed to use the machine.
The business idea here is to offer Cricut users a subscription to unlimited designs, using AI.
The funnel looks something this…
Run FB ads targeting Cricut users, and direct them to a lead magnet sign up page where they can download 25 cricut designs in exchange for their email.
Build the emails list → launch an unlimited design subscription to them.
And make all the designs with AI.
Rinse and repeat, and you’ve got yourself a great business.
3. Looksmaxxing
This trend came from Half Baked, and has also been mentioned on MFM.
Never heard of looksmaxxing?
Google defines it as the “process of maximizing one's physical attractiveness”.
It’s the cool thing with the teens these days.
Like any trend, there’s an opportunity to make money here.
Ecom products, apps, how to guides, etc.
I’m fairly certain this looks maxxing app is already generating 100’s of thousand of dollars each month.
What other products or apps could you create around this trend?
