1. Stock Tank Pools
Pools are very expensive. Like, six figures-expensive.
My girlfriend came across these stock tank pools a few weeks ago, and has been obsessed since.
It’s like a mini metal pool with a real filtration system that you can build yourself.
All for under $5K.
And once you learn how to make one, you can turn it into a local business.
Make for custom pools for $2-3K, and sell them to people on FB marketplace for $5-6K.
2. Social Listening for Shorts
Being able to tell when your brand is mentioned in a video would be extremely valuable.
But right now, it’s not easy to find it, unless users tag you in the video a lot.
If you’re technical, this is probably a $10M+ per year business, waiting to happen.
3. Luxury Picnics
I came across this comment on twitter.
Someone is making $14-20K per month offering luxury picnics in their town.
Few reasons why I love this:
Super low startup cost (easily under $1,000)
You can do it all yourself or hire one person to help.
This has a “local viral” factor. When someone see’s a luxury picnic, they’ll ask about it.
This thing makes REAL money… most people would feel rich having a high margin business doing $300K/year.
