1. Food Import Grocery Store
I’ve heard so many people say that the food in other countries is healthier than the US.
Like that friend who says they went to Europe and ate food the whole time, but still managed to lose weight.
The ingredients in food in other countries are typically better because they have stricter food guidelines, and tend to use more natural ingredients.
Just check out the insane difference in ingredients for US vs UK versions.
With the trend of people talking about this, I think a grocery store or online store with only clean imported food would do well.
Just start off by selling the UK version of normal foods, and expand from there.
2. Viral Product Shop
It seems like theres a new viral product online everyday.
And some of them are incredibly useful. Like the tire lift in the picture that replaces a traditional tire jack.
I don’t love the idea of opening an entire store for this, but I think you could become the king of “viral products” with an online store + shelf space in retailers.
Just like Walmart has an “As Seen on TV” section, there’s an opportunity to own the “As Seen on TikTok” section.
3. Concrete X-Ray Biz
I want to start this off by saying I have zero expertise in this area.
But a niche business with a high demand and premium pricing sounds like a winner.
I looked up concrete X-ray machines and found this one for $31K.
And while that sounds like a lot… if you can charge a few thousand dollars per job, you could recoup the entire investment on that purchase with a few jobs.
