A lead magnet is a marketing tool that is used to get the contact information of leads.
A person or company provides a digital asset in exchange for your email and/or phone number so they can try to sell you something in the future.
But lead magnets can take a long time to create.
And thatās our opportunity.
The idea: Create a lead magnet service.
This service will curate the information and build the lead magnets that your customers will use to drive more leads.
That means this service shows a direct ROI for your clients.

How to get started:
As always, itās best to niche down on the clients you want. You can work with businesses, medium/large-sized Twitter accounts, newsletters, etc.
Get your first client. You can offer this service for free to get your first client and ask them to provide a testimonial and/or referrals. This will allow you to use their name as a past client when pitching new clients.
Build the lead magnets. You can choose to do this yourself or outsource it to a VA on Fiverr or UpWork. This will involve curating all of the info and putting it into a good-looking PDF, Word Doc, or slide show.
And then itās time to scale. Use Twitter DMās or cold emails to prospect your clients.
And if you can grow a large Twitter audience, you can even use a lead magnet to generate leads yourself.
The key to this business is to turn it into a āproductized serviceā.
This means creating a āstandardizedā service that charges the same amount every time, with clear parameters. Ex: 4-page lead magnet PDF for $199.

3. This 29-Year-Old Stole $9 Million.
Back in December, an Ezoic employee found himself in hot water when the FBI got called in on this case.
29-year-old Tyler Mancuso worked for Ezoic, which is a Google ads intermediary.
Owners of high-traffic traffic websites can use Ezoic to manage their Google ads for them, and Ezoic takes a fee for their service.
This means that Google pays Ezoic directly and Ezoic pays the website owners from there.
And everything was smooth sailing until Tyler found a way to exploit this system.
Tyler went into the companyās system and re-routed the payments from Google to his own bank accounts. This means that the $9 million payment that Google meant to send to Ezoic, went straight to Tylerās bank account instead.
Yikesā¦
But instead of laying low with the money, Tyler decided to do some shopping.
Tyler ordered $9M worth of gold from a shop in Beverly Hills, but as you can imagine, this seemed sketchy to the shop owners.
The shop owners alerted the police of the transaction, which opened up an investigation into Tyler and the FBI arrested him on his way to pick up the gold.
Tyler is now facing major criminal charges, and Ezoic got the money back.
But this leaves me with a ton of questions.

What was he going to do with the gold?
Was he planning to flee the country?
I guess weāll never know.

I like this idea, and would definitely pay for high quality lead magnets.
