An AI Tool That’s Actually Worth Using and What I'm reading

What’s up party people! We’re back with another side hustle idea!
Before we dive into today’s idea, let’s connect on Twitter!
1. Business idea of the Week: Luxury Porta-Potty Rentals
About a month ago, I went to a wedding on a farm.
Everything about the wedding was awesome… even the bathrooms.
Since it was an outdoor wedding, they needed some sort of portable bathroom.
But these weren’t your average, smelly porta-potties.
These were luxury portable bathrooms.
And like any normal person, it got me thinking… someone’s gotta be making some good money off these things.
So I did some research - and here we are.
The idea: Create a luxury porta-potty rental service.
This is just like any other rental business. You buy an asset → people rent it from you.
And the numbers on this business look great.
How to get started:
The obvious part of this business is buying the actual bathroom trailer.
There are a few different dealers here in the US that range from $20K - $60K for a trailer, but here’s a way we can cut out the middleman.
I found some of the same models they’re selling available on Alibaba, where we can order them directly from China.
Here’s an example of 2 trailers available for $7,900 + shipping.
Let’s assume shipping is another $3K to $4K, so we’re all in at $11K to $12K.
It’s best if you already have a driveway to store these in and a vehicle to tow them, but if not, you can look at renting parking spots and/or a vehicle to tow them.
Next, we need to find our customers.
I recommend spinning up a simple website with something like WordPress or Squarespace that will allow you to run Google ads.
I recommend running Google ads for this business since the people searching for “portable toilets to rent” are likely planning an event and have a high intent to rent.
Now we need to come up with a pricing model. From a quick Google search, I can see that this company’s prices start at $2,000 for a rental.
To make things easy, let’s say we rent these two trailers for $2,000 /day.
This means it will take roughly 6 to 7 events to fully pay back the initial investment.
And from there, its all profit.
That’s a wrap!

An AI Tool That’s Actually Worth Using
The year is 2023.
And every day it seems like 1,000 new AI tools pop-up.
But most of them are completely useless, or just Chat-GPT with a mask on it.
However, this tool is different.
I recently discovered Opus Clips, and I think there’s a ton of potential.
Here’s how it works:
You drop in a long video (5-30min).
The tool analyzes it and breaks it down into short-form videos.
You receive 10 clips that have a score of how likely they are to go viral.
If you’ve ever edited short clips, you know how valuable this tool is.
It saves you so much time by chopping the clips and adding the subtitles automatically.
You can check out a few of the Youtube Shorts I’ve made with the tool → Here.
And that’s a wrap!
