The idea: Create an AI automation agency.
This agency will help businesses with things like automating manual tasks (data entry, record keeping, etc), building and customizing CRM solutions, and AI content generation strategies.
AI can do so many things, so those are just some basic ideas to get started.
How to get started: The first thing you will need to focus on is getting your first customer for a case study.
To do this, I’d recommend that you offer your services for free. Reach out to local businesses or a business owner you know, and offer to set up automations that save time and streamline their current processes.
Now, you’ll actually need to learn the AI tools you’re going to use (or partner with someone who already knows).
Once you’ve got yourself a case study, you can use it to reach out to similar businesses and pitch your service.
Since this service can save businesses a lot of time and money, you’ll have the ability to charge a lot. In some cases, you should be able to charge thousands of dollars ($2,500 to $10K) for the implementation, as well as ongoing service charges.

Getting featured in an article can help your website rank better with a backlink, and can help make you an authority in your niche.
And if you’re looking to get featured in articles, there’s an easy and free service you need to be using.
HARO is a free email list that reporters use to search for subject matter experts when they’re writing an article on a specific topic.
For example, a writer this week was looking for experts on “How To Cook Frozen Peas”.
If you were building a cooking website and sent the writer a great recipe that contains frozen peas, the published article would likely include a link back to your blog.
Which would tell Google that your website is more important, and would increase your rankings in a Google search.
So, if you’re not doing this, you’re missing out on free backlinks.
