Whatâs up party people! Weâre back with another side hustle idea!
Before we get started, letâs connect on Twitter!
1. Business idea of the Week: Build & Sell A Web App (without coding)
If youâre like me, the idea of building an online web app/software sounds awesome.
Build it once, sell it over and over. But I have no idea how to codeâŠ.
And to build a web app, you need to write code.
Or do youâŠ?? đ
The idea: Create a web application, generate traffic, and flip it.
Now, letâs answer the obvious question.
How can you build a web app without coding it? The answer is: you buy the code.
You can buy web app code directly from sites like Codecanyon.net.
Web Apps like AI content generators, Quiz Apps, SEO Tools, and almost anything you can think of.
The key is to choose something that youâre interested in and provides value to an audience you want to attract.
Once you decide which tool you want to build, you can install it on a WordPress website with a tutorial like this.
You can also find tutorials on the entire set-up by searching âhow to install Code Canyon scripts on WordPressâ on YouTube.
Once your website is up and running with the Web app, itâs time to get traffic to your site.
To do this, I recommend using platforms like Quora, Twitter, and Reddit to find users who would be interested in your tool.
For example, letâs say you have an AI content generator WebApp that helps bloggers write AI content.
You can find Reddit users who are active in r/blogging and direct message them about trying out your tool. The more places you can post about your tool, the better chance you have of gaining traffic.
And over the long run, you can use AI writers to create SEO content to start building SEO traffic. Once your traffic is consistent you can turn on Google ads to start generating revenue and/or sell it on a website like Flippa or Acquire.

3. The Content Creator Myth
When I scroll through Twitter or TikTok, it seems like just about everyone these days wants to be a âcontent creatorâ.
According to a study in The Sun, 75% of children ages 6 to 17 want to become YouTubers when they grow up.
And I donât blame them.
I mean⊠it sounds like a great gig, right?
Create videos â work with brands â make millions.
But the reality is very different.
In reality, the average âcontent creatorâ makes between $45K - $60K per year.
Much different than the millions we see some creators making.
But it makes sense. Just like any industry, the top 1% will make millions, and the rest will make an average income.
So whatâs better than becoming a content creator?
In my opinion, you have a much better chance of making meaningful wealth with an actual business.
And leveraging other content creators to grow your business.
After all, thereâs a reason why brands pay big money to creators to promote their brands.
Because they generate more money from the promo than what they pay the creator.
What do you think?
And thatâs a wrap!
