1. Business idea of the Week: Home health checkup service.
Thereās one thing I can guarantee about every houseā¦.
Things will break.
Wear and tear on houses is unavoidable, but just like our bodies, we can be proactive about it.
But instead of going to the doctor, what if your home had a āhealth assessmentā?
The idea: Home health checkup service.
This would be a subscription service for landlords and homeowners that would do things such as:
Smoke detector battery testing.
Deep cleaning kitchen appliances.
Replacing air filters.
Paint touch-pps.
Overall Inspection and health report.
Target Customers:
This service would be great for both landlords and normal homeowners.
For landlords, it's a way to keep a regular eye on their properties and receive detailed reports on their condition. As a landlord myself, I would love an easy-affordable service that gave me āhealthā updates on the condition of my home.
For homeowners, itās a 'done-for-you' service to maintain their homes in pristine condition.
Monetization:
This can be charged as a subscription service, giving you that sweet recurring revenue.
Offer quarterly or bi-annual packages, and then add upsells like actually fixing the problems or seasonal maintenance.
This would be a great addition to a property management service or could be parlayed into creating a full-service property management service.
And thatās a wrap!

I spent an hour scrolling Twitter trying to find business ideas.
Hereās a few I found. š
This is a cool idea, but might just be a feature for a larger service.
More importantly, this may be a trend to latch onto early.
āDTC fundraisingā.
ADHD is a huge problem in the US.
Over 45 million people in the US are prescribed Adderall, and everyone knows itās terrible for you.
If you can solve this problem (or come up with a solution thatās āalmostā as good), thereās a ton of money to be made.

Would this work in the US? š¤
