This will be similar to traditional dropshipping (Chinese products sold on a Shopify store), but we’ll be using TikTok and products that are local in the US.

Once your shop is up and running, you’ll decide what products to sell. The best part is that you can try out a ton of different products in your store, and then push the products that are working.
When choosing a product, you’ll want to make sure it:
Can be sourced from the US (eBay & Amazon).
Can sell for 2-3 times the purchase price.
Has a clear benefit that can be shown through video.
Once you’ve got a few products uploaded to your shop, it’s time to start making videos.
You can save a lot of money if you’re willing to make the videos yourself, but you can always outsource the video creation to other creators.
Since customers will only buy when they see a video of your product, the more videos = the better.
TikTok also offers two features that can help you drive sales.
Affiliates: Offer a cut of sales to TikTok creators, and they’ll promote your products for you.
Ads: If you have a video that is doing well you can use ads to push the video to more users and get more sales.
Since TikTok shops is brand new, TikTok is spending a ton of money to drive new users and sellers. This means they’re offering promotions like free ads, free shipping, and more.
Take advantage of this opportunity while it’s still new.
