I couldn't find anything about commercial use on Google's site for it, but I found this in another article: "It’s unclear if you can use audio clips from MusicLM commercially at this point. So in the absence of a license, it’s best to assume that you do not have rights to Google’s AI-generated music."
I don't think its an issue right now since the output is a somewhat low quality clip, but I'm sure this will be a major topic of discussion soon.
